5 Things to do in 2023 if you want your life to get much better

We know everyone is busy all the time. At least most of the time. But it's not fair to focus on everything else and forget about self-care.
So here are 5 things that are a must if you want your life to get much better this year:

🏃🏽 1) Exercise
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), adults aged 18–64 years should do at least 150–300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity a week.

🤓 2) Focus
Eliminate distractions for a while. Define your productive moments and... de productive. When you define work-time and fun-time, you enjoy each of them in a better way.

✍🏽 3) Write down your goals
What do you want to accomplish by the end of week? Of month? Of the quarter? Keep your notes somewhere you can see often. This will help you to keep focus.

💧 4) Drink water
Not everyone needs two litters a day - some need more, some need less. Either way, don't forget to drink enough water. It's a simple step, but it'll make a huge difference in your life.

⌛ 5) Spend less time on social media.
Unfollow people who make you feel bad. There are high chances their lives are not the way they show you. Filters are all over the place, their bodies are not real, just like their magical financial success. There are no magic potions, no shortcuts in life.
In other words, go outside, be yourself. Focus on your own. Find a hobby. Spend time doing things you’ve always wanted to do.
That will help you make 2023 the best year of your life.
